Service Charges Policy
Service charges are applicable to the following menu types as noted:
This service charge is calculated on the pre-tax total on the final invoice. It is not reflected on the automated confirmation email from the ordering platform.
- Breakfast & Lunch Catering – 12%
- Small Group Special Event Catering – 12%
- Large Group Special Event Catering – 12%
- Wedding & Celebration Catering – 18%
- Sports Team Catering – 12%
- Funeral Catering – 12%
- Custom Menu Catering – 12%
If you have requested staff to manage your event, the service charge will increase to 18% of the pre-tax total on the final invoice.
