PickNic’s Catering and Fine Foods Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE:  Business days are considered Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM Central Time. Statutory Holidays are not considered business days.

For Booked Events using “Wedding Catering Menu”

  • If event is Cancelled between 8 to 21 BUSINESS DAYS, in advance of the event date, any deposits taken are non-refundable and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied (Based on Event Booking Value based on your Final Booking Information Form)
  • If event is Cancelled between 2 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS, in advance of the event date, any deposits taken are non-refundable and a 100% cancellation fee will be applied (Based on Event Booking Value based on your Final Booking Information Form)

 

For Booked Events booked using “Special Events Menu”  or Booked with a Customized Menu

  • If event is Cancelled 8 BUSINESS DAYS of more, in advance of the event date, any deposits taken are non-refundable but no further cancellation fees will be applied.
  • If event is Cancelled between 3 and 7 BUSINESS DAYS , in advance of the event date, any deposits taken are non-refundable and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied  (Based on estimated Event Booking Value)
  • If event is Cancelled in 2 BUSINESS DAYS or less, in advance of the event date, full event charges will apply (Based on estimated Event Booking Value).

 

For Booked Events Booked using “Breakfast and Lunch Menu” and “Cakes and Desserts Menu

The following parameters are in place:

  • If order is Cancelled 28 to 48 Hours in advance of the Delivery/Pick Up time, 50% Cancellation fee is applied based on the value of the order.
  • If order is Cancelled 27 Hours or less in advance of the Delivery/Pick Up time, 100% Cancellation fee is applied based on the value of the order.

These policies apply to all orders booked online, via email, phone or in person.
