Appetizer Reception – Snack Sized

Best for Mid-afternoon Events (1-5 PM), or Later Evening (7-10 PM) where the event runs for 1-2 Hours.

Choose 3 types of Cold Hors d’Oeuvres and 2 types of Hot Hors d’Oeuvres, 1 Slider Choice plus 2 Platter Options for your group.

Can be Used as a Classy Lunch or Dinner Replacement, excellent for Networking Purposes where a meal is still needed.

Choose 5 types of Cold Hors d’Oeuvres and 5 types of Hot Hors d’Oeuvres, 1 Slider Choice plus 2 Platter Options for your group.

Entrée Menu

This menu includes Your choice of 1 Entrée, 1 Hot Starch, 1 Hot Vegetable, Our Signature Field Mix Salad with Gravelbourg Mustard Vinaigrette, Your choice of 1 additional Salad, 1 Dessert selection, and Buns/Butter.

Price is per person and is for a Buffet Style Meal.

Notes

  • A minimum of 20 people is required to order
  • Menu pricing includes City Wide Delivery and Set Up. For delivery outside of city limits, additional charges will apply.
  • If Serving Staff is required, it is an additional $30.00 per hour per Server, minimum 4.5 Hour Call Out. Please indicate in the Order Notes section.
  • For any additional notes/ special requirements regarding your order, please place comments in the “Order Notes” section
  • Your invoice is subject to GST (5%)  &  PST (6%).
  • This menu is subject to a 12% Gratuity on the total invoice if the food is slated for pick up/drop-off. If onsite service is desired, the Gratuity will be 18% of total invoice.
  • To secure the date of your event, We will require a Non-Refundable Deposit of 10% of the total package (before taxes), or $100, whichever is less. We require the deposit as far in advance of your event as possible to a) secure your Date and Event Time, and (b) to organize staff requirements. The balance will be required to be settled one week (7 business days) prior to the Event date.
  • Please note that there is flexibility to your booking. Once deposit has been received, the guest count can be altered, additional services can be changed, added or removed, however, the nature of the catering is to remain as booked.
