Hors d’Oeuvres

Welcome your guests to your event with a light bite to whet their appetites while they enjoy a cocktail.

Prices Are Per Dozen. Minimum Order Of Any Type is 4 Dozen.  Must Be All of One Appetizer, Not a Combination (ie. 4 Dozen Bacon Wrapped Almond Stuffed Dates)

**If you want a hearty enough portion of Hors d’Oeuvres to replace a Meal, we suggest our Appetizer Buffet (Option C) further down on this page.**

Dinner

Option A – Classic Dinner Buffet

Prices are per Person.

Each entrée comes with: Choice of Potato/Rice/Starch, One Hot Vegetable, Our Signature Field Mix Salad  & Two Additional Salads, Buns & Butter Basket. 

This menu is designed for Buffet –Style.  If you wish to have a plated dinner, please view our Wedding & Celebration Menu

Option B – Barbecue Dinner

Available From May to September Only

Prices Are Per Person.

All Meals Are Accompanied with Cheddar & Herb Biscuits, plus one Choice of Potato/Rice/Starch, Our Signature Field Mix Salad  & Two Additional Salads.

Option C – Appetizer Buffet

Portions are hearty enough to replace a meal.

Price Per Person. Includes Choice of 4 Hot Appetizers,  4 Cold Appetizers, 1 Slider & 3 Platters.

Finish off your amazing meal with some of our delectable and tantalizing desserts, created from scratch in our kitchen.

Beverage Options

Quench your thirst during your event with a wide variety of drinks including Coffee, Tea, Assorted Juices and our homemade Iced Tea!

Delivery
Delivery options & charges will vary depending on the group size, location of the event, dish rental requirements, and if you have requested the staffed or non-staffed option.

Buffet Dinners
All functions are intended to be Buffet Style. If you desire us to be on-site to manage the food, we will provide the event supervisor and servers to ensure your food for your event is handled properly and your guests receive table-side attention.
Our on site professional staff will provide the following:

  • Buffet line set up
  • Replenishing of buffet line during food service
  • Answering guest queries about menu items
  • Clearing dishes
  • Breakdown of buffet line
  • Removal of most dish rentals (beverage ware is left on site for the duration of the evening, the client returns to us next business day)
  • Any other specified services based on your event needs. This can include passing hors d’oeuvres or champagne during cocktail hours and other serving needs.

Tax & Gratuities
Your invoice is subject to GST(5%) and PST(6%).
This menu is subject to a 10% Gratuity on the total invoice if the food is slated for pick up/drop-off.
If onsite service is desired, the Gratuity will be 15% of total invoice.

Deposits
Non-Corporate clients  will be charged a 10% deposit, and will be required to provide a Credit Card number to keep on file. Deposits for catering for Corporate clients will be on a case by case basis. A Cancellation fee may be applied.
By paying your deposit you agree to the above conditions, and to the following stipulations:

Cancellation Policy

NOTE:  Business days are considered Monday – Friday (Excluding Statutory Holidays) 8 AM to 4 PM Central Time

  • If event is Cancelled 8 BUSINESS DAYS or more, in advance of the event date, any deposits taken are non-refundable but no further cancellation fees will be applied.
  • If event is Cancelled between 3 and 7 BUSINESS DAYS in advance of the event date, any deposits taken are non-refundable and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied  (Based on estimated Event Booking Value)
  • If event is Cancelled in 2 BUSINESS DAYS or less in advance of the event date,  full event charges will apply  (Based on estimated Event Booking Value).
